 A Team Leader Fence Installer to lead a crew and complete residential and commercial fence installations across the Kansas City metro. This role is responsible for jobsite leadership, layout and installation quality, daily production efficiency, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and able to read job details, direct a small team, and communicate clearly with customers and management to keep projects on track. Previous fencing or construction leadership experience is preferred, a valid driver’s license is required, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen is required. 

A Fence Installer Team Member to assist with residential and commercial fence installations across the Kansas City metro. This role supports the crew with measuring, digging/post setting, framing, panel and gate installation, cleanup, and maintaining a safe, organized jobsite. The ideal candidate is dependable, coachable, physically capable of outdoor labor, and able to follow directions while working efficiently with a team. Construction or fencing experience is a plus but not required, a valid driver’s license is preferred, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen is required. 

An Estimator/Project Manager handles fencing projects from first customer contact through completion across the Kansas City metro. This field-based role focuses on customer communication, scheduling, and production oversight, with most work performed remotely from your truck. A company truck, phone, and tools are provided. Leadership, strong time management, and either sales or fencing experience (one required) are required, along with the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
